A diversified professional with over 14 years of sales and business development experience, Shana currently is the Marketing Communications Director / Social Media Strategist for Sunbelt Business Advisors of Miami Valley - part of the Sunbelt Network, the largest international Business Brokerage firm with over 250 offices worldwide. In addition to her role at Sunbelt, she is a consultant for several companies in Dayton and the voice and insight behind many Non-Profits across the region.

Shana is also the Founder of a recently launched organization, CultureMASH which is a team of marketing professionals using their talents to assist nonprofits and community outreach initiatives across the reason to use the latest communication tools to build awareness, as well as educating our next generations coming into the workforce on how to use new media effectively. She holds memberships with several organizations in the Dayton Region and has assisted many with vivifying their social media strategies. She is currently the VP of Communications for the American Marketing Association Dayton Chapter and a weekly columnist for Daytonmostmetro.com. Shana offers a unique perspective and view of new media and an approach that is centered around building relationships, valuing the voices of consumers and community by reinventing the way we communicate.

At Intel, he was responsible for roadmap creation, feature set definition and product rollout activities for Intel microprocessors and desktop chipsets. Gary has an MBA from University of California, Davis and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Virginia Tech.

Lynn Gonsior

As Executive Vice President/CMO, Lynn is responsible for the positioning and marketing of Interbrand Design Forum's comprehensive range of services. She also oversees strategy development of the company's global client base.

Lynn brings extensive knowledge of retail to her position, providing insight to match the resources of teams that will get the best result for clients. Prior to joining Interbrand Design Forum, she was Design Manager for the Limited. There, she managed the retail design development of the retail brands: Lerner, Lane Bryant, Victoria's Secret, Limited, Limited Too, Express, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Bath & Body.

Lynn also has valuable experience in the supermarket industry where she served as Interior Designer for The Kroger Company. She sits on retail industry boards, speaks at industry events and is quoted in many retail publications.

Irene Dickey

Irene is a Lecturer at the University of Dayton's School of Business Administration. She teaches a broad scope of marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels and in numerous executive development and leadership programs. Ms. Dickey has published in such journals as the Journal of Business and Behavioral Sciences, and the Journal of E-Business, and has presented at many academic and practitioner conferences and meetings. Much of her research focuses on digital marketing. Ms. Dickey serves as the Director of the P&G Marketing Competition and serves on several boards and committees. She has won four teaching awards. She received her undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing from The University of Dayton. After graduation, she received her MBA in Finance from Wright State University.

Across the S&P 1500, a tiny 1% change in price has an 8% change in operating profits. In fact, pricing has more impact on the bottom line than any other single variable. Yet pricing is often seen as a black art. This lack of understanding of pricing leads to lower profits, commoditization, and price wars.
